Our Fees
We charge a flat rate of $2,500 for a four-hour, “half-day” mediation. Of this amount, $1,500 ($750 from each party) is payable when the mediation is booked. This covers all materials/submission review and pre-mediation teleconferences. In the event that the case settles in the course of the pre-mediation teleconferences, the additional $1,000 charge is waived. Otherwise, it is payable at the mediation proceeding.
Should the mediation proceed beyond the four hours, we charge $400/hr. to be split between the parties.
