Frederick (Rick) Alimonti takes a proactive approach to mediation that emphasizes advance preparation of parties and mediator and a combined facilitative/evaluative method to the mediation process. Mr. Alimonti encourages parties to join him for mediations in his suburban Valhalla, NY office but is available for mediations on-site throughout the greater New York Area.
